Concrete border foundation for aviary

I need a hole of aprox 4.1m x 2.2m x 0.4m dug (area will be marked), then the outer 200mm of that area to be boxed, mildly reinforced, and poured up to 50mm above the highest point of the surrounding ground (more or less level ground surrounding the area). Good access to this area for diggers etc if required. Viewing of the job would need to be after 5pm weekdays, or during the weekend. The job itself can be done without my being there. Need the job done relatively quickly so I can move my aviary from its temporary location at a relatives. I've attached a picture of what I've previously done as an example, and a picture of the new location.
