Driveway add-on Concrete slab

We are wanting an additional slab of concrete put beside our current driveway, and hoping you can give us a quote. The slab would be a rectangle just under a metre wide by 6 metres long, and it is on a slight slope. There is a drain at one end of where the slab would go, and a water metre to the side near the other end. Ideally the concrete would have an aggregate matching the rest of the driveway. I enclose 3 pictures so you can see where it would go. The aim is to be able to park a car here while another car is driven in an out of our double garage, so it needs to be fairly strong.
