Small concrete repair or resurface

Hi guys. We have a 1.5m X 1.4m square of concrete. I removed this and tried to match the McCallum chip - bad move! The new concrete is solid but the surface just does not match! So ... Looking for a concrete guy to either grind down and resurface, or, if easier, remove the concrete - can leave onsite and lay a new piece 1.5*1.4 Easy access and this area is a pathway. I have some macallum chip, oxide etc
