When our property was built by Universal they added a concrete slab to our living area. This is currently too narrow to host an outdoor table and chairs and we would like to extend it out to make the space more livable. The tradeperson should quote for the full job from start to finish (we won't be able to do the prep). New (and attached) slab will be approx 6.9 x 1.6. Pictures of space and concrete finish attached.
