Concrete shed floor

I have a 3 bay pole barn ~100m2 each bay is 9m deep, 4.5m wide. I want to concrete an L-shaped area ( all of one bay, front half of the other two bays)..plus the strip 1.8m x 13m along the front of the L. By my calcs ~100m2 @ 100mm = 10m3 concrete. The purpose is to take horses and a vehicle so 25MPa-30Mpa? at minimum 100mm. Dunno if I need reinforcing - open to suggestion. Will likely need a pump as inside the shed as a truck won't fit thru 3m door. Some slope required to ensure drainage to one end of the shed. Ground is gravel on rotten rock base - hopefully minimal prep. Depending on cost open to complete, or just the laying. Location - closer than Kaukapakapa, 42kms from the city, 14km from Atlas cement in Helensville.
