Please provide a rate for: - per m3 for concrete supply. - per m2 for Driveways & parking areas .15m thick. - per m2 for Driveways & parking areas .1m thick with steel. - per m2 for patio areas .08m thick Rates to include boxing etc. We have some left over timber that can be used for some of the boxing.
