Footpath extention

We would like to extend existing footpath and parking area in front of our garage (inside red line on the photo). This would be about 25 square metres of new concrete to be placed. We also want a drain to be cut in the existing concrete (1.5 m) and to be put in the middle of the new concrete to collect rain water (yellow on the photo).
