I require a concrete pad to be built 11M x 6M. It requires some steel foundation and block work. All permits have been approved by council. Require a licensed builder for Council sign off. Would prefer someone that can do the whole job rather than just steel work or just block work. Can arrange sightings of the approved plans. Excavation work already done and base course (Not compacted) already in place. Keen for start ASAP as the building to be relocated is sitting in a paddock at the moment.
