Two concrete pads - for caravan and next to garage
Job description
We need 2 separate concreting jobs. 1. A rectangular concrete pad for our caravan which is off the existing driveway. The pad will be 30 sqm (approx. 8.5 x 3.5 m). The lower end of the pad will require a channel drain 3.5m long next to a fence. Two sides of the pad are bound by an existing fence. The current temporary pad is partly made of Firth grass pavers which will need removing as part of the preparation. 2. A rectangular area of concrete next to the garage (approx. 6 x 3.2 m = approx. 20 sqm) joining onto another area of concrete (parallelogram shape) which widens the existing driveway (8 sqm). Two sides of the rectangular area are bound by the garage and house concrete footing. Drainage is likely required as well into an existing gutter downpipe. In both areas the concrete will have a brushed finish the same as the current driveway. There is flat easy drive-on access to the areas.

Matt recently completed laying a concrete pad for our caravan as well as an area next to the garage and driveway. He was quick to respond to the job advert and followed up with a quote the same day after inspecting what was required. Matt and his team are prompt, tidy and great communicators. We were impressed with the workmanship and the tidy state he left our property each day. Overall very happy with the finished product. Would recommend and use again for future projects.
