Clean/Sand/Grind/Fill concrete garage floor and seal. Approx 43 square metres. Age of garage floor is around 30 years. One side of the garage has some paint, grease stains and the like - the bigger side has a large carpet square over it and should be in better condition. All stuff will be removed from the garage for easy access

Our garage floor had a light grind, defects filled, ground to a fine finish and two coats of sealer. It looks fantastic. We are very pleased with the result. It was in poor shape with oil stains, holes etc. Now it looks amazing. Our friends who had their home floor sanded and sealed with a different contractor took one look, paused, and said "It's better than ours". Communication was good, scheduled the work a couple of weeks in advance, confirmed and started on the scheduled day.
