Replace lawn and side path with concrete

I have two lawns in front and back and two paths on each side of the house and want to replace them with a flat concrete area (with a foundation and stuff). Open to suggestions about which pattern is the best (flat concrete or blocks or tile, etc.) The size is about 50 to 60 m2 for each lawn and 10m2 sides
