Cutting horizontal ‘ grooves’ into a paved driveway.

Our driveway is fairly steep and there is a curve in it. In winter....cars can slip backwards on it. We need Horizontal grooves cut into the concrete tiles. I do t know what the cost range will be. I presume concrete cutters charge by the metre?
