Unfortunately, shortly after work commenced, Greg's partner had a prem baby which required intensive care. This meant Greg was not available to complete the work within the initial timeframe. Greg did organize others to carry on, but after 3 weeks delay and patchy communication and finally a no show nor communication to explain delays I have called it a day and organized with another tradie to complete the job. This will be at considerable extra cost, so of course I am very unhappy.
