Paving of new path from stairs to driveway and footpath

Hi I've had a new set of stairs installed and require a new footpath from the existing council footpath to the stairs, further an offshoot from this new footpath to the driveway I'm not 100% sure whether concrete or a type of paver but not block paving Its 9.5m from the stairs to the footpath Its 3.5m from the footpath to the driveway access
