replacement of concrete parking area

Approx 10 x 15 metre parking area has been broken and cracked and uplifted in places by tree roots. It has also damage from a crane that was used to remove the trees. Seeking a price for replacement of concrete . I think we will need to remove or kill the underlying tree roots. (the tree is on an adjacent property has been chopped down and is dead). The area is on a angle - 15 degrees ish. The firewood will be moved off the parking area. No great rush on the time frames for completing the job - but I need a price soon. Thank you
