Patio renovation

Patio subsidence in two places. Original to the property. Remove existing red bricks from floor, all existing patio steps and flower beds, BBQ area, small amount of grass and small wall that runs round the patio, we would like it concrete and the concrete to carry on up the garden for a new path. Remove existing stepping pavers and widen path. Include drainage. This is a sunny area and will probably need a tinted concrete for the glare. Possibly add a seating area around patio. If the price is right we would look to extend the concrete to run around the whole back of the house. If this happens removal of existing concrete path will be needed.
