Trio of Concrete

Would like to get 3 areas of our house boxed and laid with concrete please. 2 x areas at the back (13sqm & 15sqm) and one area hooked onto the side of our driveway (10sqm) Would also like the 15sqm area cut to look like XL pavers and to be coloured a medium shade of grey similar to the average footpath.
