Northern side upper level decks: The decks appear to be suspended concrete floor slabs with a waterproofing membrane applied over the top of the concrete slabs. The waterproofing membrane is generally in a poor condition. Areas of the membrane have been poorly patch repaired.These decks form roofs/partial roofs over living rooms. There is evidence of water leaking through these decks and into the rooms below. The ceilings in the rooms are water damaged. There were elevated moisture readings on areas of the ceiling linings at time of inspection. Further investigation is required to determine the full extent of any water damage.
