Raise the level of the current concrete floor in double garage by 30mm. This is to stop water coming in. Where the two garage doors are now make a lower lip of 15mm concrete to the outside perimeter line, where two ranch siders would be installed. Also make a lower lip of 15mm for 750mm wide doorway. Floor area is 6200mm x 7300mm. Some boxing required. No mesh required
