"cost = additional work needed, unknown that a concrete slab was under soil when removing which increased in cost, this is pointed out in the quote that any unknown under ground when pricing will be additional to the quote.
time = started when you wanted us onsite, we had to waitfor council to confirm that they were happy to confirm completion."
