Extension of Concrete Foundation

We are after someone who can do an extension to the concrete foundation for 2 attached units. We have got the existing foundation done, but the council requires us to extend 1.5 meters in order to comply with the standards. It has to be done by a Licensed Building Practitioner. Many thanks, Cinnie
