Cut an opening for a door

I would like to cut an opening 1.8m wide by 2m in height with a depth of approx. 150mm. This is for a sliding door. There is already an existing window opening. I would like to use the top of the window as the 2m height. I would like the cut to go 1.8m to the left of the window towards the infinity on the wall as you look at the concrete wall from the outside in the photo. 2 x picture inserted one form the interior and one from the outside.
