Fixing Clothesline

The previous clothesline rusted, and so was cut off at the level of the concrete that it was set in and we bought the green one pictured. However, we installed it at the end of the concrete in the grass, and over time it has become the drunken sailor of clotheslines. Ideally we would like it installed where the old one was (pictured) but otherwise would settle for something where it at least stands straight all the time.
