Laying concrete pad for carpad and demolishing garage

I am carrying out a subdivision in Highbury Palmerston north. I am required to demo the existing garage and lay a concrete pad for a carpad at the front of the property. The dimensions of the carpad will be provided shortly. It is an area of around 23 meters squared. The garage that needs demolishing is approx 6 m * 3.5 m with standard frame and weatherboard cladding. Garage photos are attached and location of carpad is shown. I would like this job done ASAP.
