Ryan was a very hard worker and what he did for us was professional. He cleaned up every day. However, he hasn’t completed the job and we have had no contact for a while. We have now got someone else to finish the job. We found this very disappointing.

"Tim and his wife are lovely people. Unfortunately the job increased to more than what I've allowed to which Tim made an offer to compensate for.
The offer however I don't feel is commensurate with the workload to which I have made, which I feel is an appropriate and fair clarification on the scope of works. That clarification disappointingly has not been acknowledged with a reply.
I have been and am still eager to finish what I started as I'm out of pocket for the work I have done."
