Second driveway entrance

We have consent to add a second driveway entrance to our property, leading to a large concrete slab. Slab is already done. The roadway crossing and footpath crossing is all that is required. We want a crossing that will get a caravan in easily, one that is raised even from road to slab, with a metal grate across the gutter. No underground services installation needed at the site. We will pull down the fence that is in the way, but a bit of dirt clearing will obviously need to be done. Must be council approved tradie.
