Concrete Post Removal

We have removed a concrete wall except for the 2 posts either end of the fence and one on the other side of the driveway. These posts seem to be about 600mm down (from what I can tell) with a concrete footing on them. Probably need a digger to get rid of them. I would like these posts removed and taken away.
