Cutting top of concrete pool wall

We need a concrete cutter to cut the top edge of a concrete pool wall that is 160mm thick and the wall is 3.3m long but you will need to stop a bit short in the corners due to not cutting into the side walls. This cut needs to be done from within the empty pool on a sturdy box setup and the blade angled up on a 30 degree angle so the outer edge is higher than the inner edge. I can dispose of the concrete. A solid plasterer will then build it up for smooth finish ready for the pool tiler
