Driveway repair and crossing

Two bits to this job: 1. Repair concrete driveway which was broken during some construction work. I think the best way is to cut out and replace a slot of about 13m x 1.8m. Pictures shows very rough approx of where the slot would be. I am open to better ideas but I dont think we have the budget to replace the driveway (which would be nice). 2. Restore crossing to my and my neighbour's property. The crossing is 7.3m wide at the top, 6.2 at the bottom and about 3.6m deep. It was previously asphalt but might be good to replace it with concrete. I can try to manage the consent process but I am hoping you can help with technical stuff which needs to go into the application. Photos of both jobs attached.
