Parity Place Driveway Repair
Job description
I am requesting quotations to complete a small job to repair the driveway that accesses the rear of the buildings of 15, 13 and 11 Parity Place. The driveway is gravel and simply needs to have pot holes filled and compacted and given a general tidy up. My expectation is that it would require a small truck/trailer with a compactor and a half day of labour once materials are on site. Would like this to be done by the end of April if possible... and ideally on a Saturday to minimize disruption to the tenants (though if it's done quickly, a weekday will be manageable). Thanks.

Sam was easy to deal with and quickly inspected the job to be done and provided a quote. Work was carried out as requested after hours to minimise disruption to my tenants. Someone drove on the unhardened fill that Sam laid so he returned free of charge, added more fill and sorted it. Great experience. Recommended.
