Concrete parking area

I am wanting to lay a 56 m2 parking area at the bottom of my drive. The area will be preped by an earthmoving company. I have been told by the digger operator, who used to lay concrete that it should be. 100mm thick exposed to match current drive will need compacted basecourse, 668 reinforcing steel mesh, 4kg/m³ block oxide and expansion cuts. Acess is down a shared drive with room for a 6 wheeler tip truck, so similar size concrete truck would fit. Placement of concrete is about 10 - 15 mtrs from where truck will park so will need to be barrowed in place. The area is not prepped yet, hopefully this will happen in about another 3 weeks.
