Job description

Concrete Crack Injection
North Shore

There are two jobs. The first job will require a dyna drill, a lazer level and the ability to mix concrete from the materials already on the property (cement in bags, sharp sand and gravel). I have already dug the four holes that need to be filled with concrete to make 'foundations/footers' (approx --- ) for the four metal posts that need to be bolted to the foundations. I have the bolts, the posts and the sail that needs to be tensioned between the posts. I also have the factory instructions for the job. The second job is fixing a concrete slab that is cracked and not flat enough. It will need steel mesh added and about 100ml at the top end and about 140ml at the low end added. This will need boxed and the concrete will probably need to be pipped round to the back of the house from the driveway. Once the slab has set it will need cut and some decisions need to be made re: incline for drainage and possibly some chanels to add as the slab will be the base for a kitset office. You do not need to assist with the office, just with the slab.

These guys are great workers and produce very high-quality work. I recommend them even for difficult jobs. Really important: communicate with them in person. Not good at communicating over the phone or in text and that is just a language issue. If you make the effort to help them out a bit here you won't regret it. Jose is honest, stuck to quote, hard working, timely, very clean and tidy and very polite to deal with in person. They did so well with the first job that we gave them more.
