Job description
1. Concrete pull-off parking area 5.5 x 6 metres. Base of metal was laid 4/5 years ago but probably needs a bit of extra attention before laying concrete. 2. Driveway - Remove existing concrete which has cracked: 1st section is 3.1 x 2.7 2nd section is 2.2 x 2.7m 3rd section is 2.2 x 2.7m. 2nd & 3rd sections probably have pine tree roots which caused the cracking & will need to be removed. Lay new concrete in the 3 sections of drive. Also need to lay polypropylene channel drain across the drive in section 1 and into adjacent sump. 3. Lay new footpath on sloping ramp to lower level of property. 1.5 x 7m All concrete to match as close as possible to colour and exposed aggregate finish of existing concrete. All new concrete to be laid with reinforcing steel mesh. I need a price to do the lot and in case it is more than i can afford at present, a separate price for each of the 3 areas - parking, drive, footpath
