The concrete inspection cover needs repairing over our Septic tank . Paremoremo. Fairly soon please. Then second job: awaiting building consent - I will need a drain moving in Grey Lynn to be sunk lower than new basement; can show you Asbuilt drawings.

Dave was really efficient, capable and reasonable. He adjusted his fee downwards when he saw it was less complex than he had thought. He is also a really nice man! Would be glad to use him again.
