Cracked, sinking driveway. Needs replacing.

Hi. I’ve just bought a house and what was initially a small area of sinking in the driveway concrete has very very quickly become a much bigger dent and is continuing to deteriorate at a rapid pace. This has happened in the span of 3 weeks. Driveway is about 26m long and the damage is located in the lower half of the drive (closer to the road). Cracking/sinking is about 1m in length and spans the width of the drive. I need to get this repaired (or more likely ripped up and placed) ASAP as using the drive is causing more damage daily.
