Green house foundation

I am looking for a contractor to build the foundation for a green house (GH) in my garden. The location is flat/ soil. The green house is 5 5 meters square. The work involves footings construction as in the attached diagram: => Earthworks to dig a trench around perimeter of GH footprint => Lay concrete to form base of footings => Brick work to construct in-trench chimney (wells) to land GH footing anchors the work will require setting out the level of the footings to ensure the GH is level when landed on the footings wall.
