Topping slab for shed

I’m after a topping slab to be poured over an existing shed slab that is cracked. There is about a 75mm up-stand at the concrete perimeter footing which means the topping slab should be able to be poured inside this, with only a little boxing required at the doorway. I’d like a polythene moisture barrier and mesh included too. Shouldn’t be any need to tie the topping slab into anything as it’s being poured inside the perimeter footing. Slab will be about 75mm thick, 3000mm wide, and 5000mm deep. Can confirm exact dimensions in a week when I’m at the house. See photos.
