I have engineering drawings for a plinth to support 9 x 1000 litre water tanks. Based on a retaining wall that is then filled with compacted metal, with a concrete pad to be laid on top, for the tanks to be setup on. This job is ready to go, to allow for the drainlayers to then follow on.
