Getting home

I need roughly 450m of sealed farm driveway to a house. It is flat land but there is an (already created) culvert to go over at one point. I want the job properly done and the drive well drained. The land will be levelled, cleared, and drained prior to forming the drive. More detail will be provided if you respond with figures and method. Of course I expect that the price may alter when the actual distance is measured. It may be slightly less/more than 450m.
