Concrete fish pond

We have a fish pond which we built ourselves four years ago out of thick black polythene which now has holes in it from our cat and we would like it to be concreted so that this doesn't happen again. We would also like the concrete to be coloured. It approx 500 mm deep at its deepest and approx 3 metres long.
