Concrete Grinding - small job

Small concrete grinding job on a residential renovation, located in Maraetai. See pics attached. Area 1: Dimensions are approx --- slab of concrete ground down to be roughly level with surrounding concrete floor. There is an approx 20-25mm step up on the longer length edge of slab, and a 10mm step up on the shorter length edge of slab, for the area needing to be ground down. Area 2: A concrete hallway area which needs a gradient ground from Nil at the red line down to 7-8mm below level of tiles - creating a barely obvious slope. Unfortunately the concrete was poured level with tiles which was incorrect. Carpet going on hallway so wanting to reduce the lip between carpet and tiles. We have spare tiles if they need to be replaced after concrete area has been ground away. - Grinding machine needs to collect concrete dust while operating. - No concrete polishing required, underlay and carpet going over the top once a concrete seal applied. (concrete sealing not part of job scope).
