Foundation for a kitset cabin and/or a glasshouse sunroom

Hi there, I'm looking to get a timber kitset cabin and/or a glasshouse from Trade Tested, and need a professional builder to help us with the foundation for them. The size is around 20m2 each, and more info available on the Trade Tested website. --- --- Site survey / Geotech report available. The site in our backyard is almost flat, except for one corner that is maybe 5cm lower. However, where the glasshouse would be is close to a wastewater line and a flood zone, so need to keep that in mind, in designing the foundation. Foundation probably need to be 50cm elevated from the ground. Let’s start with the quote for the foundation. Later more work needed for cabin insulation, coloursteel roof with gutter, electricity connection etc. Might also want to convert a shed into a bathroom/laundry.
