Job was stopped in very early stage so only paid $450 which was all he said was due. he said he'd under estimated it and couldn't do it for quoted price. my father died same day so told him to tell me what i owed him and have paid him out. might do the next bit myself.

There was an retaining wall to be built as a part of the footpath which I underestimated and found out early that was going cost high,so I communicate with the owner before any further cost or work to go ahead. Charge very reasonable for the work that took place. Happy to communicate with the owner for further service if willing cheers"
