Concreting and drainage solution required

I need to concrete the area in red in the photo supplied. So needs to be dug out...and have that removed. Drainage added...metal laid...compacted...mesh on posts etc. and a couple of cut lines i guess... The blue line is existing drainage solution underneath that takes the surface water away nicely..I would like a surface drain to tap into this where the paving stones are. I also need the concrete colour matched to the existing one....as close as possible.
