Concrete Driveway

Hi There My father’s driveway stores a lot of drain water and when he hops out of the car, he is stepping on puddles of water, it appears that the reason for this is because the driveway is not properly done to allow the flow of rain water to go down on to the gutter on the roadside and into the drainage system. Are you able to do a quote on how much will it cost to redo the driveway or do you think we need to put a new drainage in there rather than a new driveway, appreciate if you could do a quote to redo the driveway from the top where the carport downwards.
