We are looking to have a polished concrete finish on our new build - this is a kitset house being built Sept/Oct and we would like a tinted polished finish (not looking for high polish with aggregate reveal). We are in Maungaturoto an the property size is Approx. 21mx8m, we are looking for advice on when would be the best time to polish (i.e before the walls go up?) and a cost of the whole area.
