Concrete grinding, garage interior (floor and walls)

I've got a concrete slab/concrete block single car garage that I want to insulate. Before adding timber framing to the inside of the garage, I'd like to clean up the floor and remove the paint from the walls with a light grind. Garage to be used as a workshop/gym - so after a hardwearing / practical finish (not a mirror gloss). The floor is in reasonable condition, just dirty with oil/paint stains. Walls are painted with some kind of very hard wearing paint, but is also flaking off in parts. I also think I want some kind of densifier or sealer applied as well. Total wall area = 34m2 Total floor area = 17m2
