Residential driveway and courtyard

Re concrete the driveway, path and courtyard. Small empty fish pond will need removing as well as the old brick planter boxes and BBQ area. Idearly would like the driveway entry widened (as it's not two cars wide even though our driveway is). Not sure what type of concrete we are after. Open to suggestions.
