Concrete slab for workshop/garden shed

Hi there. I’m looking for a concrete slab for a 4.2m x 3.38m utility shed. It will be 1m from the back and side boundaries of my rental properties backyard and will have the Duratuf Kiwi MK4b Workshop assembled on it. The shed will be electrically wired so will need to allow for ground access through the slab and will require a raised floor modification which instructions I will supply. The property is in Upper Hutt and is tenanted by my in-laws so a site visit can be arranged anytime.
