12m x 6m Garage Concrete Slab (plus drain laying/moving)

We're wanting to get a quote for installing a 12m x 6m concrete pad for a garage we're building in Birchville, Upper Hutt. This will require some groundwork on the relatively flat section, involve replacing, tapping into and possibly relocating existing clay sewerage line, plus adding plumbing and drainage pipes for toilet/sink(s)/shower in the garage (if this is something you can offer). See attached floor plan for garage and approximate location of garage on our property. Red line is existing sewerage line that would need replacing and possibly relocating around the slab.
